Jakarta Provincial Government awaits reply from Home Ministry related with additional 90 days for five flats construction which are temporarily stopped.
The letter has been sent, but yet no reply
“The letter has been sent, but yet no reply. Now the contractors remain constructing the flat and will end the work in the end of this year,” said Acting Jakarta Governor, Sumarsono, Wednesday (12/14).
He explained the flat will be assessed by a team to asses working load. Jakarta Provincial Government will only pay the contractor based on the working load.
City Council Wants Postponed Projects to Be Audited“If the project is not completed, we’ll pay them on based on the working load,” he added.
The remaining working will be continued next year without holding an auction.
“As the example, five percent of remaining work will be continued next year. It can be proposed in 2017 administration,” he closed.
